Teleradiologi Dalam Pelayanan Radiologi Modern: Analisis Manfaat, Fungsi Klinis, Dan Tantangan Implementasi Melalui Narrative Literature Review

Abstract

Teleradiologi merupakan salah satu bentuk telemedicine yang berkembang pesat seiring kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi serta meningkatnya kebutuhan akan layanan kesehatan yang lebih fleksibel, efisien, dan merata. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran teleradiologi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan radiologi, serta mengidentifikasi manfaat dan tantangan implementasinya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan narrative literature review dengan penelusuran artikel pada database PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, dan ScienceDirect. Kata kunci yang digunakan meliputi “teleradiology”, “radiology services”, “healthcare quality”, dan “remote diagnosis”. Artikel yang ditelaah dibatasi pada publikasi tahun 2016–2021, berbahasa Inggris atau Indonesia, dan berfokus pada implementasi maupun manfaat teleradiologi. Seleksi studi dilakukan melalui screening judul, abstrak, dan evaluasi full-text, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan sintesis tematik-deskriptif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa teleradiologi berperan penting dalam memperluas akses layanan radiologi, terutama di wilayah dengan keterbatasan radiolog, meningkatkan ketepatan waktu pelaporan, mendukung layanan emergensi dan kerja jarak jauh, serta memperkuat mutu klinis melalui second opinion dan jejaring kolaborasi antarfasilitas. Selain itu, teleradiologi berpotensi mengurangi kebutuhan transfer pasien dan meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, antara lain keterbatasan infrastruktur TIK, integrasi PACS/RIS, keamanan data, regulasi, akuntabilitas profesional, komunikasi klinis, serta risiko fragmentasi layanan. Dengan demikian, keberhasilan teleradiologi tidak hanya bergantung pada teknologi, tetapi juga pada tata kelola, standardisasi, dan dukungan organisasi yang kuat.
