Hubungan Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Dengan Pola Makan Sehat Pada Perempuan Pascamenopause Di Bukit Barisan Kelurahan Jawa Samarinda

Latar Belakang: perempuan pascamenopause berisiko mengalami berbagai masalah kesehatan yang dipengaruhi oleh pola makan yang kurang sehat. Penelitian lokal di Kelurahan Jawa, Kota Samarinda menunjukkan masih rendahnya pengetahuan dan sikap perempuan pascamenopause terkait pola makan sehat. Tujuan: mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, sikap, dan pola makan sehat di kalangan wanita pascamenopause di Bukit Barisan, Kelurahan Jawa, Samarinda. Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan kuantitatif deskriptif-analitik, dengan pendekatan cross-sectional yang dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2026 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 62 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengukuran variabel dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil: terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan pola makan sehat, nilai signifikansi 0,018 lebih kecil dari α = 0, 05, dan terdapat hubungan antara sikap dengan pola makan sehat, nilai p = 0,043 (p < 0, 05). Kesimpulan: makin baik pengetahuan, maka penerapan pola makan sehat makin baik; makin positif sikap, maka penerapan pola makan sehat makin baik.
