Analisis Asuhan Keperawatan pada Pasien Community Acquired Pneumonia (CAP) dengan Penerapan Pursed Lips Breathing terhadap Peningkatan Saturasi Oksigen

Community Acquired Pneumonia (CAP) merupakan infeksi akut parenkim paru yang didapat di luar rumah sakit dan sering menyebabkan gangguan pertukaran gas serta penurunan saturasi oksigen (SpO2). Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis asuhan keperawatan pada Ny. S (53 tahun) dengan CAP melalui penerapan intervensi Pursed Lips Breathing (PLB) di ruang ICU RSUD Cibabat. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil pengkajian awal menunjukkan pasien mengalami sesak napas berat dengan SpO2 88% menggunakan NRM 15 Lpm. Setelah diberikan intervensi PLB selama perawatan dan saat home visit, terjadi peningkatan SpO2 yang signifikan dari 94% menjadi 98%. Kesimpulannya, teknik PLB efektif sebagai intervensi non-farmakologis untuk meningkatkan oksigenasi dan mengurangi sesak napas pada pasien CAP.
