Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Blended Learning (PjBBL) model assisted by interactive multimedia based on the website on the learning outcomes of pencak silat striking techniques of class XI students of SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja in the 2025/2026 academic year. This study is a quasi-experimental study with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The research subjects were 58 students consisting of 29 students in the experimental group and 29 students in the control group. The experimental group was given learning using the PjBBL model assisted by interactive multimedia based on the website, while the control group used direct learning assisted by digital media based on YouTube videos. The research instrument used a test of learning outcomes of pencak silat striking techniques in the form of a pretest and posttest. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and the Independent Sample t-test after fulfilling the prerequisite tests for normality and homogeneity. The results showed that the average normalized gain score of the experimental group was 0.3793 (medium category), while the control group was 0.1893 (low category). The results of the hypothesis test showed a t-value of 7.933 with p < 0.001, indicating a significant effect of the implementation of the PjBBL model assisted by interactive multimedia on the learning outcomes of pencak silat striking techniques. Therefore, the Project-Based Blended Learning model assisted by interactive multimedia is more effective in improving learning outcomes of pencak silat striking techniques than direct learning assisted by digital media based on YouTube videos.
