STUDI LITERATUR: TRANSFORMASI PROFESI AKUNTAN DI ERA DIGITAL, ADAPTASI TEORETIS, DISRUPSI TEKNOLOGI, DAN MASA DEPAN PRAKTIK DI INDONESIA

Profesi akuntansi mengalami transformasi mendalam akibat disrupsi teknologi digital seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI), blockchain, big data, dan Cloud Computing. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak digitalisasi terhadap teori, praktik, dan kelembagaan akuntansi di Indonesia melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 42 artikel ilmiah terbitan 2020–2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi mendorong pergeseran fungsi akuntan dari peran administratif menjadi analis strategis dan penghubung antar-disiplin. Proses rutin digantikan oleh sistem otomatis, sementara akuntan dituntut menguasai data analytics, pemikiran kritis, serta etika digital. Secara teoretis, transformasi ini menuntut rekonstruksi kerangka akuntansi klasik agar mampu menjelaskan entitas digital dan pelaporan waktu nyata. Selain itu, tekanan institusional—baik dari regulator, asosiasi profesi, maupun pasar—mendorong reformasi kurikulum, sertifikasi, dan standar kerja. Namun, di Indonesia masih terdapat kesenjangan adopsi teknologi, kesiapan SDM, dan ketertinggalan regulasi dalam merespons fenomena ini. Oleh karena itu, transformasi profesi akuntan tidak hanya membutuhkan adaptasi teknis, tetapi juga perubahan konseptual, etis, dan kelembagaan secara simultan. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya sinergi lintas sektor dalam membentuk profesi akuntansi yang relevan dan berintegritas di era digital.
