DETERMINAN KEJADIAN STUNTING PADA ANAK BAWAH LIMA TAHUN (BALITA) : SUATU META ANALYSIS

Latar Belakang: Stunting pada balita masih menjadi masalah global dan nasional, dengan prevalensi Indonesia 21,6% pada 2022, dipengaruhi determinan seperti pendidikan ibu, pengetahuan ibu, ASI eksklusif, sanitasi, dan ANC, namun hasil studi sebelumnya bervariasi. Tujuan: Menilai hubungan determinan tersebut dengan stunting melalui meta-analisis effect size odds ratio. Metode: Meta-analisis kuantitatif sekunder dari 8 artikel internasional (2014-2024) yang diinklusi dari 3.769 jurnal via EBSCO, ProQuest, PubMed, Science Direct, dianalisis dengan CMA 3 untuk heterogenitas dan OR. Hasil: Pendidikan ibu (OR=1,671; p=0,025) dan ANC (OR=0,706; p=0,001) signifikan; pengetahuan ibu, ASI eksklusif, sanitasi tidak signifikan, dengan heterogenitas tinggi kecuali pengetahuan ibu. Kesimpulan: Prioritaskan edukasi ibu dan ANC patuh untuk pencegahan stunting.
