TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS: EFEKTIVITAS COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (CBT) TERHADAP PENURUNAN GEJALA DEPRESI PADA REMAJA DAN DEWASA

Gangguan Depresi Mayor menjadi beban kesehatan global signifikan, terutama pada remaja dan dewasa muda, dengan akses terapi efektif yang terbatas. Tinjauan literatur sistematis ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) berbagai modalitas (tatap muka, berbasis internet, aplikasi, blended, AI chatbot) dalam menurunkan gejala depresi pada remaja dan dewasa. Menggunakan metodologi PRISMA, 20 Randomized Controlled Trials (2015-2025) dari PubMed dianalisis dengan kriteria PICO, menargetkan remaja (12-18 tahun) dan dewasa muda sebagai populasi, dengan sintesis naratif outcome seperti penurunan gejala dan pencegahan relaps. Hasil menunjukkan efikasi CBT konsisten: CBT tatap muka unggul terhadap perawatan biasa pada remaja, format digital noninferior dan skalabel, serta modifikasi seperti Rumination-Focused CBT meningkatkan efek presisi. Kesimpulannya, CBT terbukti serbaguna, hemat biaya, dan preventif, mendukung perluasan digital untuk intervensi kesehatan mental yang aksesibel.
