Analisis Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Umkm Dan Kewirausahaan Lokal: Studi Komparatif Di Indonesia Barat, Tengah, Dan Timur

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan karakter kewirausahaan lokal pada usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia dengan fokus komparatif antara kawasan Barat, Tengah, dan Timur. UMKM merupakan tulang punggung perekonomian nasional, namun tingkat daya saing dan keberlanjutan antarwilayah masih menunjukkan ketimpangan yang signifikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif-komparatif berbasis data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) serta literatur akademik terkait. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji korelasi dan regresi untuk menilai hubungan antara praktik manajemen SDM, karakter kewirausahaan lokal, dan keberlanjutan UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan UMKM, sementara karakter kewirausahaan lokal memiliki peran moderatif dalam memperkuat pengaruh tersebut. Variasi antarwilayah memperlihatkan bahwa kawasan Barat lebih unggul dalam profesionalisme dan pelatihan SDM, sedangkan kawasan Timur menonjol pada aspek kolaboratif dan kearifan lokal dalam kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan kapasitas SDM berbasis nilai-nilai lokal serta penerapan kebijakan pembangunan ekonomi yang adaptif terhadap konteks regional. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperluas penerapan teori Resource-Based View (RBV) dengan menambahkan dimensi kewirausahaan lokal sebagai sumber daya kontekstual yang unik. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pemerintah dan pelaku usaha dalam merancang kebijakan pengembangan UMKM yang berkelanjutan, inklusif, dan berbasis potensi wilayah.
