The business assistance and financial control program implemented within the Economic Independence Movement of Yayasan Baitul Izza–Al-Munawaroh aims to develop disciplined habits in managing business funds in a simple and responsible manner. The program targets foundation administrators and foster children who manage the foundation’s internal business units, namely Sate Taichan sales and pastry production. The implementation methods include socialization of basic financial management, simple recording of daily sales transactions, separation of business funds from personal money, and the practice of saving a portion of profits as future business capital. The results indicate an increase in participants’ awareness of recording daily transactions and saving profits, allowing business capital to grow gradually. Participants also understand that business sustainability does not merely depend on sales volume, but on the ability to control the use of money. This program is considered effective in strengthening the foundation’s economic independence through financial discipline and a sustainable savings culture.
