Kesejahteraan karyawan merupakan aspek penting dalam keberhasilan perusahaan karena berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas dan keberlangsungan organisasi. Dalam lingkungan kerja dengan tuntutan tinggi, khususnya perusahaan manufaktur, kesehatan mental, persepsi dukungan organisasional, dan work-life balance menjadi faktor penting dalam menentukan kesejahteraan karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesehatan mental, persepsi dukungan organisasional, dan work-life balance terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan mental, persepsi dukungan organisasional, dan work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran perusahaan dalam menjaga kesehatan mental, memberikan dukungan organisasional, serta menciptakan keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan.
