Respon Fatigue Pasien Bio-Psiko-Spiritual pada Pasien Kanker yang Menjalani Kemoterapi

Latar Belakang Cancer-Related Fatigue (CRF) merupakan gejala paling umum dan melemahkan pada pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi. CRF tidak hanya memengaruhi kondisi fisik, tetapi juga berdampak pada aspek psikologis dan spiritual, sehingga menurunkan kualitas hidup secara signifikan. Namun, dalam praktik klinis, CRF sering kurang teridentifikasi dan kurang ditangani secara komprehensif karena kompleksitas gejala dan variasi pengalaman antar individu. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan menyintesis bukti ilmiah terkait respons bio-psiko-spiritual pasien kanker terhadap CRF selama menjalani kemoterapi melalui pendekatan systematic literature review. Tujuan Penulisan artikel ini untuk menyintesis bukti ilmiah mengenai respons bio-psiko-spiritual pasien kanker terhadap CRF, sekaligus memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan intervensi keperawatan yang lebih holistik dan berpusat pada pasien. Metode penulisan artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan systematic literature review, di dalamnya terdapat 18 jurnal yang membahas tentang respon fatigue pasien bio-psiko-spiritual pasien kanker. Kesimpulan CRF membutuhkan asesmen dan manajemen berbasis pendekatan bio-psiko-spiritual. Penulisan ini menegaskan pentingnya intervensi yang lebih integratif, sensitif budaya, dan sesuai kebutuhan individual pasien.
