Hubungan Self-Efficacy dan Career Awareness Pada Gen-Z

Penelitian ini mengkaji tingkat self-efficacy dan career awareness, serta menganalisis hubungan korelasional dan perbedaan antar kelompok pada variabel-variabel tersebut. Data diperoleh dari 120 responden untuk self-efficacy dan 109 responden untuk career awareness. Hasil uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov menunjukkan bahwa data self-efficacy dan career awareness tidak terdistribusi normal (p = 0.000), sehingga analisis non-parametrik digunakan. Ditemukan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self-efficacy dan career awareness (korelasi Spearman r=.207, p=.023), mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi keyakinan diri individu, semakin baik pula pemahaman mereka tentang karier. Mayoritas responden menunjukkan tingkat self-efficacy yang tinggi (39%), sementara sebagian besar memiliki career awareness pada kategori sedang (41%). Selain itu, uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan pada tingkat career awareness berdasarkan jenis kelamin (p=.014), di mana laki-laki memiliki tingkat career awareness yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan perempuan. Implikasi temuan ini, keterbatasan penelitian, dan saran untuk penelitian lanjutan juga dibahas.
