Abstract

Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) menjadi salah satu pendekatan strategis yang semakin penting dalam mendukung keberlanjutan organisasi, termasuk pada sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Namun demikian, kajian yang secara khusus mensintesis hubungan antara GHRM dan sustainable performance pada konteks UMKM masih relatif terbatas dan tersebar pada berbagai perspektif penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) terhadap sustainable performance UMKM. Metode Systematic Literature Review menggunakan pedoman Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) diterapkan terhadap artikel yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2020–2025. Sebanyak 21 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dianalisis menggunakan content analysis dan thematic analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik GHRM berkontribusi positif terhadap dimensi economic performance, environmental performance, dan social performance organisasi melalui penguatan green human capital dan green innovation. Praktik seperti green recruitment, green training, green performance appraisal, dan green compensation terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, kesadaran lingkungan karyawan, serta daya saing UMKM. Temuan penelitian juga mengidentifikasi berbagai hambatan implementasi GHRM, antara lain keterbatasan sumber daya, rendahnya kesadaran lingkungan, resistensi terhadap perubahan budaya kerja, serta lemahnya dukungan kebijakan sustainability. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi UMKM dalam mengembangkan strategi keberlanjutan berbasis pengelolaan sumber daya manusia hijau. Selain itu, penelitian ini berkontribusi secara teoritis dalam memperkuat kajian mengenai hubungan antara GHRM dan sustainable performance pada konteks UMKM serta memberikan arah penelitian lanjutan terkait implementasi sustainability berbasis sumber daya
