STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI KEPEMIMPINAN GENERASI Z DI ERA KECERDASAN BUATAN: SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW BERBASIS PRISMA

Perkembangan kecerdasan buatan telah mengubah pola kerja organisasi, proses pengambilan keputusan, dan tuntutan kompetensi kepemimpinan modern. Generasi Z sebagai digital natives memiliki potensi menjadi pemimpin masa depan, tetapi memerlukan strategi pengembangan kompetensi kepemimpinan yang sistematis, adaptif, dan relevan dengan era kecerdasan buatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan menyintesis strategi pengembangan kompetensi kepemimpinan Generasi Z di era kecerdasan buatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review berbasis PRISMA melalui tahapan identification, screening, eligibility, dan included studies. Pencarian artikel dilakukan pada Scopus, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, dan SpringerLink dengan kriteria inklusi artikel peer-reviewed tahun 2020–2025 yang membahas Generasi Z, kepemimpinan, kecerdasan buatan, atau transformasi digital. Sebanyak 29 artikel dianalisis menggunakan thematic synthesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiga tema utama yang disintesis menjadi lima pilar, yaitu digital leadership, AI literacy and AI-based leadership, human-AI collaboration, adaptive leadership, serta innovative and entrepreneurial leadership. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah Gen Z Leadership Competency Development Framework in the AI Era sebagai kerangka konseptual pengembangan kesiapan kepemimpinan Generasi Z. Temuan ini berimplikasi pada perlunya pelatihan kepemimpinan yang terstruktur, berkelanjutan, berbasis teknologi, etis, dan humanis.
