Kontribusi Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Pembangunan Sosial Berkelanjutan dalam Kerangka Sustainable Development Goals: Sebuah Systematic Literature Review

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan (CSR) terhadap pembangunan sosial berkelanjutan dalam kerangka Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Data diperoleh melalui penelusuran artikel ilmiah pada database Google Scholar dengan rentang publikasi tahun 2016–2026. Artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk kontribusi CSR, keterkaitannya dengan tujuan SDGs, serta tantangan implementasinya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa CSR berkontribusi terhadap pembangunan sosial berkelanjutan melalui program pendidikan, kesehatan, pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, dan pelestarian lingkungan. Program-program tersebut berkontribusi pada pencapaian beberapa tujuan SDGs, terutama SDG 1 (Tanpa Kemiskinan), SDG 3 (Kehidupan Sehat dan Sejahtera), SDG 4 (Pendidikan Berkualitas), SDG 8 (Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi), serta SDG 13 (Penanganan Perubahan Iklim). Namun demikian, implementasi CSR masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keberlanjutan program, keterbatasan partisipasi masyarakat, dan belum optimalnya evaluasi dampak terhadap pencapaian SDGs. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa CSR memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung pembangunan sosial berkelanjutan melalui sinergi antara perusahaan, pemerintah, dan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, integrasi program CSR dengan agenda SDGs perlu diperkuat untuk menghasilkan dampak sosial yang lebih luas dan berkelanjutan.
